Minimum age for registration: 18 years
Early Check-in
- In case of early check-in prior to 06:00 am, an extra 100% of one night’s room rate will be charged.
- In case of early check-in after 06:00 am, an extra 50% of one night’s room rate will be charged.
Late Check-out
- In case of late check-out prior to 18:00, an extra 50% of one night’s room rate will be charged.
- In case of late check-out after 18:00, an extra 100% of one night’s room rate will be charged.
Please note: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary depending on the selected rate and reservation type. The applicable cancellation period and potential fees are determined by the room tariff booked. Please contact the hotel directly for detailed information.
Early Departure Policy
In case of an early departure, 24 hours’ notice prior to the revised departure date is required to avoid a 1-night penalty charge.

All payments are accepted exclusively in Armenian Drams (AMD).
Pet Policy
We are pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodation.
- Pet fee: 12,000 AMD (for 1–3 nights)
- Only dogs up to 25 kg are permitted.
Visitors Policy
Guests are kindly requested to meet visitors in the lobby or dining areas.
Visitors entering guest rooms will be required to present a valid ID or passport.
Children Policy
- Complimentary baby cot available upon request.
- Children aged 0 – 4 years can share their parents’ room free of charge (baby cot provided complimentary).
- Children aged 5 –11 years can share in their parents’ room for 9,000 AMD.
- For children aged 12 and above, the extra person rate of 20,000 AMD will be applied.
Parking
Complimentary outdoor parking is available for our guests.
Smoking Policy
Smoking in non-smoking areas is strictly forbidden. A penalty fee of 50,000 AMD will be charged to guests who violate this policy.
Valuables
Each room is equipped with a safety box for your convenience. The hotel and resort complex is not responsible for any lost or unattended items.
Hotel Property
Guests are responsible for maintaining property in good condition. Any damaged items will be charged according to their value.
